🛠 How to Personalise Your Tag
To ensure your tag is engraved exactly how you want it, please follow these steps when placing your order:
1. Choose Your Layout
We offer double-sided engraving. Most customers prefer the Pet Name on the front and Contact Details on the back.
Front: Maximum 12 characters (The larger the text, the better it looks!).
Back: Up to 4 lines of text (Maximum 20 characters per line).
2. Required Information (UK Law)
To comply with the Control of Dogs Order 1992, we recommend including the following on the back of your Green-L.jpg tag:
Line 1: Your Surname (e.g., Smith)
Line 2: House Number & Postcode (e.g., 12 ST1 1AA)
Line 3: Primary Phone Number
Line 4: Secondary Number or "Chipped"
3. Select Your Font Style
Choose from our three most popular styles:
Classic: Clean, bold sans-serif (Best for readability).
Script: Elegant cursive (Best for names only).
Modern: Stylized and sharp.

⚠️ Important Notes for the Buyer:
Check Your Spelling: We engrave exactly what you type. Please double-check phone numbers particularly!
Case Sensitivity: "Buster" will be engraved in Mixed Case, while "BUSTER" will be engraved in All Caps.
Previewing Green-L.jpg: Please note that on the Green-L.jpg (Large) size, we can fit slightly more text than on the Small size, but fewer lines make the font larger and easier for a stranger to read in an emergency.
