📦 WIKXY Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

✅ Accepted Within 14 Days if:

• Unused, in original packaging.

• Not a custom-made/personalized item.

❌ Non-Refundable:

• Custom 3D prints (e.g., engraved keyholders).

• Opened/downloaded digital products (see Digital Policy below).

How to Return:

1. Email info@wikxy.co.uk with:

   • Order number + photos (if defective).

2. We’ll send a return label (UK only) or instructions.

Refunds:

• Processed within 5 business days after we receive the item.

• Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless faulty).

2. Digital Download Policy

⚠️ No Refunds After Download

• Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final once downloaded.

• Contact us within 24 hours if you:

  • Didn’t receive the download link.

  • Received the wrong file.

3. Exchange Policy

🔄 Free Exchanges For:

• Faulty/damaged items (we cover shipping).

• Wrong item shipped (e.g., incorrect color/size).

How to Request:

1. Email us within 14 days with:

   • Order number + photos/video of the issue.

2. We’ll ship a replacement once the return is received.

❌ No Exchanges For:

• Customized items.

• Digital downloads.

4. Damaged/Defective Items

🔧 Report Within 48 Hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a free replacement or refund.
