1. Purpose of the Program

This Product Tester Program ("the Program") is operated by WIKXY® ("we", "us", "our") for the sole purpose of collecting honest, unbiased feedback and genuine product reviews of our newly developed, 3D-printed products. Your participation helps us improve our designs and inform other customers.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to participate in this Program, applicants must:

• Be UK residents with a valid UK postal address.

• Be 18 years or older at the time of application.

• Have an interest in or experience with 3D printing, product testing, or related hobbies.

• Agree to and accept these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our sole discretion.

3. Product Provision

Participants accepted into the Program will receive the selected product completely free of charge, including free shipping.

There is no cost to join the Program and no purchase required.

4. Review Obligation

By accepting the free product, you agree to:

• Submit a written review of the product within 14 days of receiving it.

• Post your review on one or more of the following platforms (as directed):

  • Our official website https://wikxy.co.uk

• Share any requested media (photos/videos) only if you voluntarily agree.

5. Honesty Clause & No Positive Review Requirement

We require 100% honest and unbiased reviews.

You are not required to leave a positive review. Your experience, whether good, bad, or neutral, is valuable to us. Your feedback helps us improve and build trust with customers.

6. Disclosure Requirement (CRITICAL)

To comply with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act (DMCCA) 2024, UK Advertising Standards (ASA), and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations, you MUST clearly disclose that you received the product for free.

You must include one of the following disclosure statements:

• “I received this product for free from WIKXY® in exchange for an honest review.”

• “#Gifted by WIKXY® for review purposes.”

• “This product was provided free of charge by WIKXY® to review.”

Why Disclosure Matters: This disclosure ensures transparency, protects other consumers, and complies with UK law.

Failure to include this disclosure:

• May result in your review being removed.

• Will lead to exclusion from future testing programs.

7. Usage Rights (Optional)

By submitting your review, including any photos or videos, you grant us permission to:

• Reproduce, display, or share your review (with credit) on our website, social media, or marketing materials.

You retain full copyright of your content and can withdraw permission at any time by contacting us at info@wikxy.co.uk.

8. Data Protection & Privacy (UK GDPR)

We collect only the personal data necessary to process your application and ship the product (e.g., name, email, address, and product interests).

Your data will be:

• Stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties.

• Used solely for administering this Program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
