These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through wikxy.co.uk and form part of the agreement between you and WIKXY Ltd when you place an order with us.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

Throughout these terms, “WIKXY”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WIKXY Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the customer.

2. Our Products

WIKXY supplies standard, personalised and made-to-order products, including laser-engraved, fabricated and 3D-printed items.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on materials, manufacturing processes, lighting and the screen or device used to view our website.

Because many WIKXY products are individually manufactured or personalised, minor variations may occur between products. Such normal manufacturing variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

3. Personalised and Made-to-Order Products

Many products sold by WIKXY are manufactured or personalised specifically for the customer.

You are responsible for checking all personalisation information before submitting your order, including:

  • Names
  • Initials
  • Dates
  • Telephone numbers
  • Addresses
  • Messages
  • Spelling
  • Capitalisation
  • Numbers
  • Artwork and logos
  • Other customer-supplied information

Unless otherwise agreed, we will manufacture the product using the information submitted with your order.

Once production of a personalised or made-to-order product has begun, it may not be possible to change or cancel the order.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

4. Customer-Supplied Artwork, Images and Content

If you provide photographs, logos, artwork, text, designs or other material for use on a custom product, you confirm that you have the necessary permission or rights to use that material and to authorise WIKXY to reproduce it for your order.

You must not knowingly provide material that is unlawful or that infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights.

We reserve the right to decline customisation requests that we reasonably believe are unlawful, infringing or otherwise inappropriate for us to produce.

5. Placing an Order

When you submit an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms & Conditions.

After placing an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We may contact you if we require additional information, clarification of personalisation details or suitable artwork before production can begin.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example:

  • A product is unavailable
  • There is an obvious pricing or description error
  • Payment cannot be authorised
  • Required personalisation information has not been supplied
  • The requested customisation cannot reasonably be produced
  • We reasonably believe the order involves unlawful or infringing content

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the appropriate amount.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

The total price payable will be shown during checkout before you confirm your order.

Payments may be processed securely through third-party payment providers including Stripe and PayPal.

We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details when payments are processed by these providers.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

7. Production Times

Some WIKXY products are personalised or manufactured to order and therefore require production time before dispatch.

Any production or dispatch estimate shown on a product page, checkout page or elsewhere on our website is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Production times may vary depending on the product, quantity, customisation requirements and workload.

If an order is required by a particular date, please contact us before ordering where timing is critical.

8. Delivery

Orders are delivered using the delivery options available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

9. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wikxy.co.uk.

For standard, non-personalised products, applicable cancellation rights will be respected in accordance with UK consumer law.

Different cancellation rights may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.

Where production of a personalised or made-to-order item has already begun, cancellation or alteration may no longer be possible.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Personalised or made-to-order products may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights where they are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

This does not remove your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

11. Faulty or Damaged Products

We take reasonable care in manufacturing, inspecting and packaging our products.

If you believe an item has arrived faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs or other information to help us understand the problem.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, we will deal with the matter in accordance with your applicable statutory rights.

12. Product Safety and Intended Use

Products should only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions supplied with them.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for a particular application where that application has not been specifically agreed with WIKXY.

Products intended for display, decorative or light-duty purposes should not be used for structural, safety-critical or load-bearing applications unless expressly stated to be suitable for that purpose.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the WIKXY name, branding, original website content, product photography, graphics, original designs and other original materials published on wikxy.co.uk belong to WIKXY Ltd or are used with appropriate permission.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers ownership of WIKXY’s intellectual property to the customer.

Where you supply your own artwork, logo, photograph or other content, ownership of that customer-supplied material remains with its respective owner.

14. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful personal and commercial purchasing purposes.

You must not knowingly:

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
  • Introduce malicious software or harmful code
  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Misuse WIKXY’s intellectual property
  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or accounts

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Subject to applicable law, WIKXY Ltd will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

16. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information may be used as reasonably necessary to process orders, manufacture personalised products, arrange payment and delivery, provide customer service and meet our legal obligations.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website, business practices or legal requirements.

The terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when the order is placed, subject to applicable law.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory rights available under the laws applicable where you live.
