Welcome to WIKXY. We are committed to delivering your custom laser-engraved and 3D-printed gifts safely and efficiently. Because our items are personalized and made to order, our shipping framework is structured transparently below.

1. Delivery Destinations & Scope

We ship exclusively to destinations within the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of these domestic regions.

2. Order Processing & Production Lead Time

  • Custom Made-to-Order: Every item on our store is individually designed and fabricated. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing, CAD layout checks, and precision manufacturing before your item is dispatched.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will begin their production cycle on the following business day.
  • Operating Days: Our workshop operates Monday through Friday. Production does not take place on UK bank holidays or weekends.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

Once your custom gift has been meticulously crafted, it is handed over to our domestic delivery partners (such as Royal Mail or courier networks). We offer the following transparent flat-rate options at checkout:
