WIKXY Refund & Returns Policy

At WIKXY, we take immense pride in the precision of our laser-engraved and 3D-printed items. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Our returns policy is fully compliant with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and Google Merchant safety standards.

1. Personalization & Custom Goods Rule

Under UK law, items that are custom-made, personalized, or engraved to specific customer requirements are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel or return simply due to a change of mind. Because these custom items cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for non-faulty personalized items.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged during transit, features a structural manufacturing defect, or displays a clear engraving error made on our part, we will resolve it immediately at zero cost to you.

  • Reporting Window: You must report a defect or transit damage within 30 days of receiving your package.
  • How to File a Claim: Email us at info@wikxy.co.uk with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear digital photographs showing the damage or error.
  • Our Resolution: Upon verifying the issue, we will immediately issue a 100% free replacement manufactured from scratch, or process a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Return Instructions (For Returnable Elements)

If you have purchased a non-personalized stock item that is eligible for return:

  1. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
  2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the exact condition you received it.
  3. To initiate a return, contact us at info@wikxy.co.uk for our official return facility authorization.
  4. Please Note: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs for non-faulty items. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your banking institution to post the funds to your account balance.
