✨ Professional Laser Engraving – Not Colour Printing

Please read this section before ordering, particularly if you are expecting coloured lettering.

This product is laser engraved – it is not printed with coloured ink.

A colour printer adds coloured ink or toner onto a surface. Laser engraving works very differently: the laser precisely interacts with and engraves into the surface of the faux leather, permanently creating the design in the material itself.

This can produce a beautiful recessed, textured and three-dimensional engraving effect that looks elegant and feels different from ordinary surface printing.

What Colour Will My Engraving Be?

The keyring colour can be selected, but the exact colour or shade produced by the laser depends on the construction and surface of the material.

Depending on the selected colour, engraving can naturally appear:

• Grey or greyish
• Gold or goldish
• Brownish
• Darker or lighter than the surrounding material
• In another subtle contrasting shade

These effects are created naturally by the interaction between the laser and the material.

We may be able to achieve certain greyish, goldish or similar effects on suitable materials, but the possibilities are limited and the engraving colour cannot be selected like ink from a colour printer.

For example, if you order a white keyring and request lilac lettering, we cannot simply print lilac into the engraving. A laser does not deposit lilac ink onto the surface.

If a particular engraving shade is essential to your design, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to advise what may be achievable.

Important Colour Information

We want you to be happy with the colour you receive, so please check the individual variation photographs carefully.

Some shades in our range are intentionally quite close to one another.

Dark Blue is an exceptionally deep shade of blue. Under lower lighting or on some screens, it can appear almost black. Dark Blue and Black are separate colours.

Light Blue and Mint Green are also separate colours, although both are soft, pale shades and can appear similar under certain lighting conditions.

Navy Blue and Dark Blue are also two different shades.

Please remember that colours can look slightly different depending on:

• Phone or computer screen
• Screen brightness
• Monitor colour calibration
• Viewing conditions
